David RL

David RL came to Denmark to work as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Copenhagen for two years. He fell in love with the capital of that city quite quickly, and eventually stayed here longer than expected. Moving to the Kaktus Towers allowed him, to create his own safe space, but also building up a network with other tenants. David enjoys the vibrant life close to the center of Copenhagen, in the Kaktus community – but also the ability to return to his „nestlet“, where he revels in self-reflection, mindfulness, defining new challenges, and finds distraction from an active work life. I took the following photos at two different times: the first session was in winter, and the second was in summer. The resulting vibes are quite distinct.
